Worked very well for about a year, then it kept getting a bad connection. After a year and a half the sauder came almost completely gone and I had to resauder it. Poor inner insulation, the two wire kept touching so I had to fix that also. However it does have good sound, the outer insulation is fairly durable and there is minimal feedback. PLUS the cord is pretty long which is a big plus for me.
I would suggest this to someone who needs a cord when they start out.

I was one of those "all cables sound the same" players for 17 years. Then I bought this cable. I a/b'd it with my ever-trusty 10-year-old $20 tweed covered line. With old-faithful, I could barely tell the difference between the neck and bridge pickups. When I used the Groove Plug, all the sonic glory exploded from my amplifier. I don't believe anything is perfect, but this is GOOD STUFF! I've seen other "pro quality cables" that were falling apart after 3 months. I have had this cable for 3 years, and it still works great!
