Truly, a good deal.

Excellent guitar stand. Includes five movable plush-covered spacers [...] and two small keys to lock the main latches when it's closed. Plush covering is not too thick, but easily enough to trust it with any of my guitars including an acoustic that takes up two slots and a five-string bass. Snap-in restraining straps are just as effective as they ought to be. Check the dimensions though--it's footprint is larger than I thought it would be (about 27" across the guitars x 23" front-to-back x 25" height while open). Well worth the price, although I don't own any other guitar stands to compare it with. I've had it for about two weeks now.
