I have used both the Gibraltar GSVMS, and GSSMS.
I am now able to switch my kit from 4 to 6 pieces with 6 cymbals easily. The only other stands I have are a Hi-Hat, and Throne.

My setup time is now equal to the Guitars.

The only modification I made was shorenning the Snane drum up tube and basket tube 3 inches to accomadate both my 7X13 snare and my 5.5X14.

A tubing cutter, allen wrench and 7 minutes.

I have a 6-Piece set with a bunch of cymbals and the only thing a have with the VMS rack is a Hi-Hat stand. Very sturdy and i love how you can still see the bass drum and it kindof shows off my set. Very well done. Only thing is if you are tall I would not recomend because you can only get so high with the mounts otherwise perfect.
