"After setting up this rack I couldn't be more happier with it and it's effect on my setup as well as it's ease of use. First off it's road series all the way which means all the clamps are heavy duty and hold everything you need securely. I have had no issue with height or width clearance like the previous reviewer. It is a nice tight compact rack that is rock solid and small enough to be picked up and moved around by 1 person with ease. I currently have my 2 rack toms, 1 floor tom, and 6 cymbals all mounted on this rack with no clearance or sturdiness issues at all. The bottom line is that you just wont find a better deal out there on a 3 sided rack with 2 booms, and road series clamps for under 200 bucks."

"well thats see here, if you are getting a rack and you have a little more money to spend then hey, get a better one. This thing is less than perfect for holding toms, but if you have a lot of cymbals and you want to make break-down time shorter, and cut off on the hardwear and floor space then its alright. The main problom i had was the front bar, its to short. Even at its widest ( i don't even know if thats a word, most wide maybe ) position, the legs can't clear my bass drum spurs, but you could always go to musiciansfriend.com and order a longer horizontal bar or have sam ash order you one. Well thats all, if your looking at rack i suggest the GPR-550 rack, i have heard it is better. Like i said, think twice."
