The Getzen 3051 Model is ideal for the jazz player looking for a broad, warm tone from a free feeling trumpet. With a standard gold brass bell and square tuning slide crook, the 3051 Trumpet plays smooth with excellent intonation from low to high.
A large .459" bore gives this trumpet a free open feel allowing easy changes throughout the registers while not losing the clear focused sound it was designed for. The 3051 also provides a smooth, even play with excellent intonation and slotting from low to high thanks in part to the square tuning slide. All tuning slides are hand lapped yellow brass pairing perfectly with the one piece heavy gold brass bell for extra projection. A first slide saddle and third slide ring allow the player to hold this trumpet comfortably and in position for optimal intonation.
