Special features of the Thurston Moore Jazzmaster include two Seymour Duncan® Antiquity II™ for Jazzmaster pickups, two-piece black anodized pickguard, American Vintage Jazzmaster tremolo with Adusto-Matic™ bridge and tremolo lock button, single master volume control, and a Forest Green Transparent satin nitrocellulose lacquer finish and black-painted headstock. Jazzmaster guitars slung across the seminal shoulders of Thurston Moore and Lee Ranaldo... In the hands of both men, the sound of Sonic Youth is the sound of that guitar used as part paintbrush and part cluster bomb. If anybody ought to have signature Jazzmaster models, it’s those two guys. Includes standard black hardshell case, strap and cable plus a Sonic Youth ’zine and sticker sheet.
