The single cutaway body features a solid spruce top with scalloped X bracing, along with a mahogany back and sides. A smaller, folk-style body features Fender’s “tight” cutaway design to maximize upper fret access. Fans of Fender’s legendary solidbody electric guitars will love the maple ‘C’ shaped neck with the unmistakable Stratocaster style headstock. A bound rosewood fingerboard features 20 vintage style frets and elegant mother of pearl block inlays. The Malibu SCE also features the easy to operate Fishman Presys Tuner/Preamp system.
