BFD Greatest Hits Vol.1 is a compilation of some of the best instruments from FXpansion's Jazz & Funk Collection, Percussion and Big Orchestral Marching Band expansion packs, ready to slot into your BFD2.1 installation to give you even more sonic variety and expressive detail for your musical productions.
All the instruments are recorded in the same room at Omega Studios in Baltimore, MD, USA and offer tight, dynamic ambience alongside crisp direct samples that cut through the mix easily. This exciting set of sounds is great for injecting new flavours into all styles of music.

BFD B.O.M.B - Big Orchestral Marching Band
The exciting sounds taken from BFD B.O.M.B include explosive orchestral and marching snares, concert bass drums, timpani and chimes. In particular, the tonal bass drum delivers frightening low-end weight that rivals analog drum machines for sheer power.
BFD Percussion
A selection of African, Latin and household junk percussion is included. Alongside classic conga, timbale and djembe sounds, this expansion pack sampler literally includes the kitchen sink from BFD Percussion - in full BFD multi-sampled, multi-articulated form!
BFD Jazz & Funk
The punchy Gretsch2 kit from Jazz & Funk is provided, along with a Ludwig SuperSensitive snare and set of Sabian cymbals. The sound of these kit-pieces is tight, snappy and dynamic.
