I purchased this case from Sam Ash for my Epiphone EL-00 guitar. The guitar fit in the case very tight. I had to literally force the guitar into the case. The case would not close unless I forced it an pushed it. I attempted this about 30 times, taking the guitar out and forcing it back in and trying to close the case. I finally wore of part of the the inside of the case. My wife and 16 year old witnessed this and agreed something was wrong. I contacted Sam Ash and they agreed to send me a return label so I could return the case. I thought everything was fine, but then a week later Sam Ash charged my paypal about $26 for the cost to return the case. Sam Ash couldn't verify they checked the case but they said nothing was wrong with it. Sam Ash said they checked the case but they apparently didn't even notice part of the inside of the case had worn off. I explained the problem to about 4 different managers with Sam Ash and the top manager finally told me that they had checked the case and nothing was wrong with the case and they were not going to reimburse me for the return shipping even though they initially told me they would. Buyer beware!
