Just purchased this case for my new Epiphone SG Custom Prophecy GX. It fits nicely in the padded interior, and I had to push the lid down a little to latch it, a very snug and secure fit,which should,over time, allow the padding to conform to my guitars shape for a "custom fit"! Case is well made,with guality materials and will serve it's purpose. Although it reminds me of an accustic styled case the way it closes, as opposed to a molded case with a metal to metal seal it is a great case for any SG and any budget!
