out of the box, beautiful looking instrument. Electronics are good (not the 600T MKII or F-Aura). Issues - tuners are [*] - replace those right away, ebay has excellent choices and I got ones with brown-like color tuners...). Frets were lifted (now, this was a case for 3 of these), thus fret press for this model is OFF, so frets were set in. Action - needed adjusting (dual action rod which helps). Bridge - Lowered. Now, for someone wanting the sound of Classical but has small hands - this is it (kind of like a Alvarez MSB1 acoustic bass for a small hand person who wants to play acoustic bass). Once guitar was professionally services and tuners replaced - it is an awesome instrument. Myself - I prefer standard Classical neck, for my wife - it proved to be an instrument/model that made her wanted to play more... again, excellent instrument (especially via decent acoustic amp) and is certainly a looker!

This is the best guitar I've picked up in a while. It feels great, the action is wonderful. I play fingerstyle music on this.
I know there were at some point fret buzz issues at the 5th fret and beyond, and the D string buzzed, but they may be worked out, my guitar came flawless and plays great. This is my favorite guitar of the 3 I own hands down.

There are production line problems with this guitar as evidenced by three instruments that all had intonation disparities above the 10th fret. The luthier at Sam Ash says it is not fixable and that the bridge on the two he saw was misalined.

The tuner allows for too wide a range of values to register as "tuned" (green light). The Ovation line of built-in tuners are much better.
