ESP Eclipse II Electric Guitar with Hardshell Case

Hand made in the ESP Custom Shop! The ESP Eclipse II electric guitar sports a mahogany body with a fast-playing, set-in mahogany neck. The ebony fingerboard has 22XJ fret and ESP's unique flag inlays. Studio quality tone comes from a pair of EMG's - an 81 at the bridge and a 60 at the neck. Additional features include: two volume controls; one tone control; 3-way switch; bound body neck and headstock; Gotoh Magnum Lock tuners; Gotoh adjustable bridge with stoptail, triple white binding, and bone nut. Includes hardshell case.

ive been playing for two years and decided it was time to update my ibanez. was dreaming of a gibson or prs, but picked this one up used one day and was blown away. great guitar for the price great craftsmanship and sound. would never sell this guitar ever. has greatly reignited my passion for the instrument.

I started w/ an LTD Truckster. And was blown away !
So OK, let step up to an ESP. Probably the most
comfortable guitar I've ever played. Light, smooth,
and really friendly to med/small hands. A little
fret buzz out of the box, but an easy fix. The only
problem I had was w/ the pick-ups. The 81/60 was too
bright for such a small guitar. And seemed to really
hinder the tone. I swapped to an 85:b/81:n and....
WOW !! What a difference. Now it's unstoppable
and sound as good as it looks. This thing just plays
itself. Effortless. So I guess my only real issue ?
is: For the price it should come w/ a case.

I was lookin to buy a Les Paul for quite awhile now but could nto find the right one, the gibsons are way to heavy for me and are to expensive. I looked at this guitar and knew that it was the guitar i was going to get. It sounds, playes, and fells wonder, very light and the pickups emit no hum(perfect for recording). If you are looking for a solid guitar, I recomend this guitar!

I was looking for a Les Paul but I didn't really like the way they played. I checked out the LTD Eclipses which were good BUT the ESP Eclipse is hand constructed in the ESP Custom Shop by the best of the best!! Why settle for an assembly line job? I'm not a cookie cutter player and I sure don't want a cookie cutter guitar. If you have the scratch and are SERIOUS about your guitar BUY THIS GUITAR!!!

"I had one of those other single cutaway, dual humbucker guitars then I played the Eclipse II. I sold mine and bought the Eclipse. It just plays better. The EMG pickups are perfect for my needs."
