Comments about Drum Workshop Go Anywhere Practice Pad Set:
I use this product to warm up on rudiments and things like that. Its great for getting your hands and feet ready to play. Few tiny downsides though, the pads move slightly after playing for a bit, and it has room for double pedals, but sometimes that pad moves as well, as i cant really get both my pedals completely onto the pad. Other than that i think any drummer who buys this will be satisfied.

Comments about Drum Workshop Go Anywhere Practice Pad Set:
This is a good set for an on the run situation. Lets say that you and your fam go on vacation for a week or so. Every drummer knows that every day lost is a day you can regret. This is small and portable. Easy set up.
If you are a speed freak, then this is for you. You can't be to rough with it though. I dont recomend hard rock drummers to practice to hard on this. A standard pad would do just fine.
I play a lot of Gospel so i tend to do a lot of patterns and rolls. This definitely helps me keep up to date when i am on the road. I can go to a show and within minutes I can get back to my hotel room to get learn that pattern quickly.
It is nice and quiet but keeps you on your toes. If only they would add just 1 more pad.
I highly recommend this product.

Comments about Drum Workshop Go Anywhere Practice Pad Set:
I have been playong the drums for 7 years, starting when I was four, and just a couple of days ago, I went into Sam Ash and I had seen this set-up in the corner, and so, as we dummers always do, I got some demo sticks and played a little. I realized quickly, the pads were falling off. I believe it was the snare pad. Of course, this isn't something a little bit of Monkey or whatever the kind of glue couldn't fix, but it was kind of inconvenient. Anywho, this st looks great for, like, practice before a performance or something like that, but I just want to know if you can add any other pads, because, this is pretty small, but the price is sort of nice, I guess.

Comments about Drum Workshop Go Anywhere Practice Pad Set:
I bought the Go Anywhere Practice Pad Set from Sam Ash and love it. It's practical, easily portable, very adjustable and allows for quiet practicing when the kiddos are asleep.
My only complaint is a very minor one. Every time you hit the bass drum pad, a slight rattling-type sound occurs. But maybe I just don't have the pad tightened down enough. I don't know.
While on the subject of the bass drum pad, I wasn't sure from the photos I saw online whether the pad was wide enough to accomodate a double pedal. I contacted DW with this question, and they got back to me quickly that it was wide enough and made to accomodate a double pedal. Sure enough, it was. Just a helpful note for anyone who might be wondering the same thing.
Anyway, I highly recommend this set for any drummer.
