I use these for reference when mixing to hear what it sounds like on a system with high bass response. For regular music listening they sound great on the low end, but the highs are not as crisp as can be, but they sound fine overall. The only complaint I have is that the plactic shaft that covers the extension for the earpieces is pretty thin and can crack somewhat easily when you put the headphones on. Mine cracked in about a years worth of use. The headphones still work though, so I just glued it shut in the closed position and use the left for extending the earlier to fit my head. It works, but I do have to be careful when putting htem on...

I am a Novice bedroom Dj. I used to use Stanton Dj Pro 3000 headphones for about 2 years, i have had 3 of those. They seem to break on me after about 7 to 8 month. So when the last one broke i decided to try a different brand. Got these and let me say the sound quality is a significant amount better then the Stantons. Mixing is better thanks to clearer frequencies and they feel a lot more durable. Any ways, id definitely recommend these to anyone who doesn't mind the price tag.

I Love Denon Headphones. They really know how to build durable high quality hardware. These headphones kick the sauce out of the Sonys, Techniques, and Pioneers. Those makes are pretty cheap so the Denon reigns supreme as the quality performance tool that won't snap on you or loose audio quality. The king is here.

Once i got these headphones, i was amazed at the quality and the performance of them. They have a crisp, beautiful sound that u hear with a rich bass. It's like they actually have powered speakers in them.

Great range of sound... clear, crisp, no real need to compensate for bass if you're recording. Used to have trouble beat-matching with other phones, but these make great monitors. Sleek, modern design. Grips firmly to the head & don't come off if you're moving about. The hinges make me a little uneasy, but I've beaten on them a little bit already and I'm confident that they'll hold up to punishment for a long period of time. All around smart choice (perhaps best choice) for the price range.

If you are going to spend the money on some good dj headphones these are for you. They have amazing sound and are well build. They also are very loud and can hear them clearly over the noise of a club.

I always had trouble with headphones. I never care about what brand i bought, and thats why they always broke. I recently purchase the denon headphones and i have to say is worth all the money. It cuts all sound from the speakers when your playing, these are the best headphones for club use and crowded areas with people talking use.
