Featuring a single-cutaway design mahogany body, the DS-3ST is built for speed and for comfort. The bolt-on mahogany neck has been shaped in to an extra thin profile for high velocity soloing. A rosewood fingerboard with a 12” radius and 24 jumbo frets will facilitate effortless string bending and take you far beyond the tonal possibilities of traditional single-cutaway guitars.
The Charvel DS-3ST is equipped with dual Charvel passive humbucking pickups with three-way toggle switching. The simplified controls feature individual volume and tone controls for each pickup and a 3-way pickup selector switch. Rounding out the Black Nickel hardware is a rigid Charvel bridge with an accompanying stopbar tailpiece to maximize tuning stability and will withstand even the most aggressive soloing.
