about 6 months ago i started playing guitar i didnt know much about guitars and i bought the guitar for the low price and but little did i know that this guitar had a tone so beautiful now that i go[...] play other 500 dollar acoustic eletrics and compare them to this carlo robelli i think wow it holds its own against gibsons and other big name guitars its a great guitar and i still think it should be more[...]

"I just bought mine this weekend. Haven't been able to put it down since. I have been playing off and on for about 30 years. I have played many guitars including, Martin, Guild (my favorite) takamine etc. This guitar rates very high with me because it has a real nice mid, treble to it. The onboard 3 band eq is a big benifit to this. Even when unplugged it still has a real sweet sound to it. For a $[...] guitar, it sounds closer to a $500 guitar. I know some of you that are stuck on names are probably laughing. However over my many years of playing I have to tell you, it's not in the name, but how it feels, and sounds that is the most important. When I bought this, I tried it out in the store and was really amazed at the playability and remarkable tones it produced. It was set up perfectly for me right from the display. When I purchased it the store employee asked me if I wanted one that was boxed. I said no way, as I doubted that anther could have the same setup and sound as the one I tried. For it's pricerange I will give it perfect score!"

"I just can't believe my ears, and I know a good sound when I hear it. Plenty of bass , but not boomy... nice pronouced mids and beautiful trebs that aren't tinny. This is a GREAT beginner's guitar and a nice guitar for the serious player to add to their collection... And you can't touch the performance for the price anywhere."

"I saw this guitar [...] and decided to give it a test drive. I played one through a Fender acoustisonic Jr. and it sounded like a $500.00 guitar. The 3 band EQ is very effective. The guitar has nice tone and stays in tune. What else can you ask for? I was so impressed with it that I bought 3 of them, and gave two of them to band mates as gifts. The guitar was a little rough out of the box, totally in need of truss rod adjustment. However, the guitar comes with a 5mm allen wrench for that specific purpose. Within a few minutes, I had the action right where I like it. I am very impressed with the Carlo Robelli line of guitars; they are very high quality instruments at a very affordable price for the starving musician. In a world where a Gibson costs as much as the down payment on a house, it is refreshing to be able to buy a nice instrument dirt cheap! I will definitely add more Carlo Robelli guitars to my collection. "

A great value. It's a pretty decent guitar. I had to have some work done to get rid of some fret buzz due to uneven frets. But you can't find a better deal on an acoustic/electric around.
