Blue Microphones Dragonfly Cardioid Condenser Microphone
The Blue Microphones Dragonfly combines an innovative design that allows precise placement in the smallest of spaces, with an integrated elastic shockmount and rotating grille. The Dragonfly’s sonic signature generates a silky extended top-end, contoured midrange and a bump at the upper end of the lower frequencies to help beef up thin signal sources. The Dragonfly’s transformerless Class A discrete amplifier circuit insures maximum detail and clarity. Its sonic character gives flight to everything from female vocals to percussion, electric guitar and drum overheads. The Dragonfly also excels with more “difficult” sources such as stringed instruments, as well as delivering a contemporary saxophone sound.
