Blackstar unveils a special limited edition version of their most popular amplifier to date. The HT-5TH both pays tribute to their HT5 amplifier, and commemorates the 5th anniversary of the Blackstar amp company. The Blackstar HT5 TH Guitar Combo Amplifier is a 5 watt amp that will deliver true tube tone without the floor-shaking volume levels associated with larger tube amps. Using the speaker output emulator, you can conjure up tones normally associated with massive, loud 100 watt stacks, but you will achieve these tones at a manageable volume, which will prevent any neighborhood disturbances. You can select between speaker emulated output with either a 1x12 or 4x12 voicing.
The Blackstar HT5 is powered by 1 x ECC83 tube and 1 x 12BH7 tube. The dual 10" Celestion speakers will deliver the tone you dream about in at reasonable volume level. With the addition of an onboard Digital Stereo Reverb, you will be able to add a retro-style warmth to your tone. The HT5TH is also perfect for quieter, small gigs, or if you choose to use the HT5TH on a larger gig, you have the option of running it direct into a sound system.
The ISF control is unique to Blackstar Amplification and represents a major step forward in its tone-shaping flexibility. This fully interactive tone control network allows you to dial in great sounds between traditional British and modern American voicings. This results in an infinite number of alternative tone choices. The Blackstar HT5TH boasts a striking cream-colored vinyl covering. A 2 channel footswitch is included.
