Using the speaker output emulator, you can conjure up tones normally associated with massive, loud 100 watt stacks, but you will achieve these tones at a manageable volume, which will prevent any neighborhood disturbances.
The Blackstar HT5 is powered by 1 x ECC83 tube and 1 x 12BH7 tube. The 12” Blackbird 50 custom design speaker will deliver the tone you dream about in at reasonable volume level. With the addition of an onboard Digital Stereo Reverb, you will be able to add a retro-warmth to your tone. The HT5 is also perfect for quieter, small gigs, or if you choose to use the HT5 on a larger gig, you have the option of running it direct into the sound system.
The ISF control is unique to Blackstar Amplification and represents a major step forward in its tone-shaping flexibility. This fully interactive tone control network allows you to dial in great sounds between traditional British and modern American voicings. This results in an infinite number of alternative tone choices. A 2 channel footswitch is included.
