I have used this for 4-5 years now and its amazing. This is perfect for talented musicians in high school and college. I am in 10th grade and a very experienced trumpet player. This instrument is awesome. Deff worth the money.

Comments about Bach TR200S Trumpet:
I am in an adult jazz band. I just finally brought a new trumpet and after shopping around and comparing, this one stood out as the best overall in this price range. It looks fantastic and more important then that, it sounds fantastic. Bach has been making great trumpets for many years and this one is no exception. It is not heavy in weight and the keys respond smooth and fast. If you've been searching for a quality intermediate trumpet you should definately check out THIS trumpet. You will not be dissapointed.

Comments about Bach TR200S Trumpet:
If you've played for three to four years and your entry-level instrument is holding you back from producing your best possible sound, this is the trumpet for you. In fact[...] I tried out many different instruments, including a professional Yamaha trumpet. This made a better sound than even the $1700 Yamaha. The only differences between the TR200 and a Bach Stradivarius are that the TR200 has a two-piece bell (instead of a one piece hand-hammered bell), a plastic 3rd valve slide stop (that is very easy to accidentally break, unlike the metal one on strads that are very helpful), a different leadpipe, and only one support (instead of two) for the tuning slide. Also, there is more time spent on the making of a strad to make sure that the tuning slide and the first valve slide move easily. The only problem with the TR200 is that there is too much tension in the bell. Because of the pressure, over time there will be a small dent on the bell near the brace that attatches the leadpipe to the bell on the end that is closer to the tuning slide. This dent, which is also found on many TR300s, only seems to affect the appearance. The sound is still great.
