A clear, two ply head manufactured with Aquarian’s Vacuum Process™ which eliminates air bubbles and wrinkles between the two plies. Remember that big, fat, low tom tom sound you heard on the classic rock and roll records? The sound that you could never get on your own? Now you can! Performance II™ drumheads were designed for “loose” tuning to get the depth and punch with no “over-ring”. This drumhead is sealed around the edge to create that really deep sound on the tom toms.

i have a set of peformance II's on my kit and they sound great. they sound specially "fat" in large enclosed spaces. the only problem i have is that these can't be tuned for bounciness because sound quality is sacrificed since they sound high pitched. otherwise good and sturdy heads, they've taken a heave beating, trust me, these are very durable.

these heads are so sad i dont even think i would give these heads away to another drummer. they are just way to flat and no stick response and wasted the killer sound of my brand new pdp all maple kit. big waste of hard earned money. i thought these were good heads but i was very wrong. my 17 year old remo pinstripes sound and feel just as good if not better than these heads. save your money and buy different heads

The boxes sound better than the heads.Tried tuning several ways and always come up with a flat sound.No bounce at all as far as stick response.
