The Apogee Symphony I/O Base Unit can be outfitted with module cards from Apogee that offer specific connectivity for your studio’s specific needs. The base Unit includes dual multi-function encoder knobs, a GUI display for adjustment of function parameters and selection of audio interface mode, assignable 10 segment peak/over metering and 2 high-quality independent 1/4” headphone outputs. The Base Unit also features essential word clock
connectors and termination along with a quiet, digitally controlled fan to keep things running cool.
The Apogee Symphony I/O Base Unit has 2- I/O module slots capable of up to 32 channels of I/O and 5 available I/O modules that cover; analog to digital input and output, channel count, microphone preamps, and digital I/O. The design is flexible and compatible with any Core Audio driven application such as Pro Tools and Logic.
Included is Apogee’s all new Maestro 2 software control. It makes audio routing, mic pre adjustments, I/O calibration and low-latency monitoring easy to navigate, all from a single window on your computer.
