The Stealthplug driver would not install. That's when I learned that only E-mail support is available.

Eventually, tech support sent me an E-mail with an interim 64 bit driver attached. This is not a fully functioning driver. For exapmle, it does not include the Stealthplug control panel. I don't know when or if a working 64 bit driver will be available.

I tried all day to get support to help me eliminate a loud hissing noise in the background but I've had no response.

I also called IK's Florida office but could not get anyone to answer the phone at any of the multiple extensions I dialed. Every time I tried a different extension I got a voice mail saying that I have reached the accounting department and that I should leave a message. It seems they have lots of accountants and only one overworked tech.

A prerecorded message says the there is no longer any phone support.

I'll probably call Sam Ash to see if I can return the product since I just purchased it yesterday.

I am really disappointed because I was really psyched about this product.

I purchased the package as an inexpensive and transportable means of recording guitar tracks. The software has the manual in PDF. The interface gave hum every so often, and once I figured out the software it sounded OK. The amp models over produce Tube hum. I loaded up the recording studio and it took a few times but I put down a quick 4 layer track. The computer locked up twice even though I had the buffer set low. Last but not least I was going to send my wife a copy of the tune. Guess what the file format is a rws extension. It can't be converted into a MP3, wav, or any other format. Windows and quick-time can't play it either. It's back in the box and back to the store ASAP.
