Franklin Straps 2.5" Leather Guitar Strap (Assorted Colors)
One touch of a Franklin guitar strap and you'll get the felling you're handling a fine leather product. 2 1/2" thick and adjustable so you can set your guitar to the right height. This is a no-nonsense, high quality leather guitar strap.
Comments about Franklin Straps 2.5" Leather Guitar Strap (Assorted Colors):
I have a Les Paul, heavy as all of them, and I needed a strap that offered some relief to my back and collar bone.
My first choice was a very disappointing (but expensive) Levys leather strap that I got online. Way too stiff and it looked like my father's strap (I'm 37!). The knot was also just on my collar bone and it was a pain.
I went to a Sam Ash store and found this jewel: it's long enough, its wide, it padded and ITS VERY FLEXIBLE. It has a smooth, worn out feel that I just love. The suede padding is not too thick, but more than enough. It feels really comfortable. You can easily coil it to put it away in the guitar case.
Strap locks are a must, as with all soft leather ends.
I got it in chocolate color, that goes perfect with my honeyburst LP. It looks elegant yet cool.
In summary: get it hands down. With straplocks.

Comments about Franklin Straps 2.5" Leather Guitar Strap (Assorted Colors):
One added benefit of this strap is that it cures neck dive! The soft leather outer layer is attractive and luxurious to the touch. The suede inner liner keeps the strap from moving on your shoulder. Even with the most neck-heavy bass you can imagine, I can't see this strap allowing neck dive.
