I'm looking for an item that is not listed on your website. What can I do?

SamAsh.com is a full-line music retailer, featuring the world's largest inventory of musical instruments and accessories. However, certain dealer agreements prevent us from mentioning or selling certain brands or items on our website, even though we do sell and stock them. If you have any questions about the availability of a certain product, call Customer Service at 1-800-472-6274 and speak to a sales associate.

You can also Special Order items we don't normally stock on our site. Call Customer Service at 1-800-472-6274 to special order a product.

Can I order by phone?

Of course! You can order by phone seven days a week between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) by calling 1-800-472-6274. We have real musicians on staff and ready to help you with advice on a wide range of instruments and gear.

Does samash.com use gift cards?

We sell E-Gift Certificates that can be sent via email and applied toward online purchases. As for actual gift cards, they are are only available and redeemable at the Sam Ash Music retail locations.
