Shipping Cut-Off Times

If you choose Next Day or Second Day Air shipping, and place your order before 4:00 PM Prevailing Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, we guarantee same day shipping unless it is held for address or credit card verification. You can check the shipping status of your order through the My Account link on this site.

We Ship 7-Days a Week

Our warehouse and shipping departments ship orders 7-days a week. Since FedEx does not pick up Sunday orders until Monday, if you place an order on the weekend for Next Day Air, be aware that this order will not be picked up by FedEx until Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Overweight Items

Due to weight, certain items may have additional shipping charges. These items are clearly marked on the site.

Oversize Items

Oversize items are items that are too large (or heavy) to ship by standard ground. These items must be shipped by truck freight.

Refunds of Shipping

If you return an item, your refund will not include the original shipping costs.
