Tracking Your Order

When you’re excited about getting new gear, sometimes it feels like your order can’t arrive soon enough. We completely understand, so here are some instructions for getting up-to-the-minute information on your order’s whereabouts!

1. After placing an order with us, you will receive an email confirming the order and the items in it.
2. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email from us confirming the shipment along with the tracking number.
3. To see the status of your shipment, log onto this site, and click "My Account" at the top of any page.
4. Click the "View Orders" button and then the order you want to look at.
4. Click the tracking number to see the exact distance separating you from your order.

Note that you won't be able to view in-route information for orders shipped via. USPS.
