Holiday Shoppers

For those of you who wish to purchase an e-gift certificate to give at a later time, follow these steps:

Go to the "Order an e-Gift Certificate" page (see link below)
Order an e-Gift Certificate, but instead of sending it to the recipient, send it to yourself
After you receive the email confirmation with the e-Gift Certificate number and PIN/Security Code, save this information
When you're ready to give the gift, just forward the e-Gift Certificate information to the recipient, or print the saved information and present it in person. It's that easy!

Order an e-Gift Certificate ►

OK, so what are the details? Well, here they are:

Redemption. You can redeem your SamAsh.com E-Gift Certificate at any time at www.samash.com or by phone at 1-800-472-6274 toll free for anything we sell.
Security (PIN) Code: For your protection, we will send a seperate email with a Security (PIN) code automatically to each E-Gift Certificate recipient. Both the Certificate number and the PINcode are required for redemption.
Gift Card Purchases. All of our usual methods of payment, Major Credit Cards, Paypal, and the Backstage Club card may be used to purchase SamAsh.com E-Gift certificates. However, no Backstage Club financing promotion will apply to orders that include the purchase of E-Gift Certificates (please purchase E-Gift Certificates on a seperate order if you wish to take advantage of financing promotions for other products). Purchases (other than E-Gift Certificate purchases) made with E-Gift Certificates and the Backstage Club card will not affect financing promotions.
Limitations: Not Accepted in Retail Stores SamAsh.com E-Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for purchase of products from Sam Ash Music stores and Sam Ash Music Store Gift Cards may not be redeemed for purchases from Samash.com or its telephone or mail order department. SamAsh.com E-Gift Certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Risk of Loss. The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Electronic Gift Certificates. However, if you lose your e-gift cerficiate or PIN, please call us at 1-800-472-6274 and a customer service representative can resend it to the original purchaser or the original recipient.
Fraud. We have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a SamAsh.com E-Gift Certificate is obtained fraudulently.
Limitation of Liability IF A SAMASH.COM E-GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE PROVES TO BE NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH E-GIFT CERTIFICATE.

By visiting SamAsh.com, you agree that the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these E-Gift Certificates.
