How can I apply for the Sam Ash credit card?

You can apply online at samash.com, by phone at 1-800-472-6274, or at any of our retail locations. New cardholders require some additional time for verification on their first order.

Do I need to be a U.S. resident to apply for the Sam Ash card?

Yes. The application procedure is only available to residents of the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Non-continental residents of the United States must apply by telephone at 1-800-472-6274.

Can I apply for the Sam Ash card over the internet and then use it at my local Sam Ash store?

You can use your card wherever you apply immediately after you complete registration. For example, if you apply over the internet, you can place an order with your card over the phone that same day. Once you have your physical card, you can use it on our website or at any Sam Ash store. Most cards are received in the mail 2-4 weeks after applying.

Technical Difficulties

I just applied for the Sam Ash card and the screen has timed out, or the server encountered an error. What should I do?

Don't worry! Just give us a call at 1-800-472-6274 and a Customer Service rep will be glad to straighten everything out.

Should I reapply?

No, that'll cause more problems!  Just call a Customer Service rep at 1-800-472-6274.
