You are looking at a Sadowsky MetroLine Vintage Series MV5 5-String Electric Bass Guitar '59 Burst, serial number M9053. This is the actual bass you will receive should you decide to purchase. (9 lbs, 3.6 oz.)

Dressed in a vintage-inspired '59 Burst finish, this Sadowsky MetroLine Vintage Series MV5 bass features a slighty undersized J-style body made from beautifully-grained ash. The bolt-on maple neck is finished in a smooth satin nitro lacquer finish, and is capped with a 21-fret 12"-radius maple 'board to offer a classic smooth feel, exceptional comfort and superb playability. An old-school-style spoke wheel adjustment at the end of the neck allows for easy, on-the-fly tweaking while adding to the MV5's vintage appeal.

For that legendary, powerful tone and punch without the notorious single-coil hum, the MetroLine Vintage Series MV5 comes loaded up with a pair of Sadowsky hum-cancelling J5 pickups that have been set in a classic '60s location. Allowing you to shape your sound quickly and precisely, the Sadowsky Standard Bass Preamp consists of a Master Volume control, a Pickup Pan control, a Vintage Tone control with bypass switch, and stacked Treble and Bass boost controls.

The MetroLine Vintage Series MV5 comes fitted with high-performance hardware, which includes a set of licensed hipshot ultra light tuning machines, a Sadowsky 5-string bridge with quick release, and a micarta nut. Comes complete with a semi-hard Sadowsky case.
