  • Description

The idea behind the ES-350T was a thin-bodied L-5 CES with a shorter 23-1/2" scale rather than the standard 25-1/2" with a laminated maple top, back, and sides. The rosewood fretboard with split parallelogram inlays and crown headstock inlay were adapted from the original ES-350. This ES-350T is rocking the original Patent Applied For (PAF) humbucking pickups! The Gibson ES-350T was associated with one of the godfathers of rock 'n' roll, Chuck Berry. This was Chuck's main guitar, and can be seen in most photos of the guitar legend. There are a few light scratches, oxidation on metal parts, and the proper checking on the headstock (very little on the body, really clean!). This ES-350T was well used and well taken care of! We have done our best to describe all imperfections, but truth be told, it's a cream puff, case queen, whatever you want to call it—it's in 100% collector's condition.

The original case is included, and has some discoloration and electrical tape holding one joint on the strap together. This vintage ES-350T is one of the warmest, richest, and easiest playing guitars that we here at Sam Ash have ever come across. A true piece of musical history in the form of an amazing axe!
