Comments about Squier Vintage Modified ’51 Electric Guitar:
The '51 is a budget-priced combination of many fine Fender features:
-The most comfortable solid body ever designed, the Stratocaster.
-A smooth and slippery maple fretboard on a comfy Telecaster neck. After decades playing rosewood, at last I know why Clapton prefers maple!
-A humbucker that coil-splits plus a Strat single coil to give many tone combinations.
-No whammy bar, encouraging you to bend strings with your left hand.
Just pick one with a good out-of-the-box set-up and action, and it's a perfect for anyone from beginner to pro, and espcially for yourself!
