Comments about Hotone Skyline Series Whip Heavy Metal Distortion Pedal:
My friend Dustin and I were in the store in Dallas looking at Pedals. We came across the Hotone (Is it Hot-One or Ho-Tone) Line. The price was very right so we started checking them out.
When we hooked up the Whip and turned it up it was Blissful. It's tone immediately dictated what was about to be plaid... Heavy Metal!!
Within 20 seconds of being turned on, there was a group of people gathered around, amazed at the sound being produced. Old School to New School, it can do it all, and do it very well. It is also very versatile, you can turn down the gain and get a nice light overdrive as well.
The only drawback to anything from Hotone, is that you will need to feed it power. I just use the 1spot to power the four Hotone pedals that were purchased that day.
If you are looking for a pedal that can take you to the edge and then push you over using a Mack Truck, look no further.
