U.S.-designed Paramount series acoustic instruments are finely crafted and specially voiced to bring your artistic vision to life. Each all-solid guitar offers many legacy design elements of classic '60s models, including special checkerboard binding and rosettes, unique pickguard shape, and abalone and mother-of-pearl "Concert Tone" fretboard inlays. And even with this art deco look, Paramount instruments still retain their footing in modern design. All-new Fender- and Fishman-designed PM preamp systems are equipped with specially voiced for each body shape in the series, ensuring complete tonal control and variation.

Available in a vintage-inspired natural tinted finish, the Paramount Standard Dreadnought features not only thoughtful vintage appointments, but also the craftsmanship of a truly high-performing instrument. Crafted from premium all-solid tone woods such as mahogany back and sides and Sitka spruce top and equipped with quartersawn scalloped "X" bracing, the Standard dreadnought is designed with freely vibrating, resonant tone in mind. It also features a fast-playing "C"- shaped mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, both of which are designed to accommodate the most demanding playing styles. Includes hardshell case.

Comments about Fender Paramount Pm-1 Standard Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

I will use this guitar for reahearsals, practicing arpeggios and chords for my rock groups radio friendly rock original songs. I will also use this guitar in the studio and in concert. This guitar is so great that the minute you play it you won't want to put it down. This guitar has so many good features. All solid Sitka front, all solid Mahogany back, Fender Fishman electronics, a tuner, rosewood fretboard. The guitars playability is silky smooth. I hit solos and arpeggios sweeps smoothly with little to no effort. The guitar is comfortable and allows for ease of playing. The minute I saw the price and that is was offered at AMS I said "I love it." Fender is of course a legend in the music industry. This new guitar is no exception to their legacy of amazing musical instruments. Buy it.
