2 Essential Gain Stages with an 8 Way Modulation Engine. Two of Keeley's best drive pedals, the 1962 and Oxblood overdrives coupled with modulation. Choose from 8 great modulation effects like Chorus, Harmonic Tremolo, Flanger or Rotary Speaker Simulator, all with external tap tempo, for an all-in-one tone machine!
Mod Workstation Modulation Effects:
Tremolo – Standard volume or amplitude modulation tremolo in which the Tone Control is the shape of the waveform. The oscillator goes from triangle to square wave.
Harmonic Tremolo – Legendary tone from Brown Face amplifiers in the 1960s. Your guitar’s tone is cut into two bands–bass and treble–and then modulated with a pair low frequency oscillators (LFOs) that are out of phase with each other. When these bass and treble bands are modulated by oscillators that are out of step with each other, the result is very intoxicating. The Tone Control simultaneously moves the the Low and High Pass filters, giving you the perfect vibe for your rig.
Oscillating and Random Filter – Tone Control adjusts LFO in oscillating envelope filter. It’s like blending a vibe and autowah! If you turn the Tone Control above noon it becomes a random sample & hold filter like the old Maestro units. Perfect for the Frank Zappa Ship Ahoy sound.
Phaser – Tone Control adjust the feedback and richness of the 4 stage phaser.
ADT – the Keeley true-chorus Automatic Double Tracker. Depth Control adjust the delay time from 0-60 milliseconds. The Rate Control adjusts the tuning 0-60 cents. The Tone Control is a blend control to add more of the doubled voice as needed.
Analog Chorus/Vibrato – The Tone Control is a blend control. Turn it CCW to give you Pitch Vibrato and CW to give you an analog BBD sounding chorus.
Flanger – The Tone Control adjusts the Feedback of the Flanger.
Leslie Rotary Speaker – Tone Control adjusts blend from Drum to Horn, perfect for fine tuning the timbre.
Dual Overdrive, 8 Modulation Effects, Tap Tempo, Effect Insert. Includes Chorus, Flange, Rotary, Harmonic Trem, Phaser, Random Filter and Hold.

Comments about Keeley Electronics Mod Workstation Multi-Effects Pedal:
Thank-you... Robert Keeley for engineering/building this mega effect featured pedal in a compact format with the jacks mounted on the rear. This is a very great quality sounding pedal that might be one of the only pedals you really need for a gig. It has the Katana clean boost/1962 overdrive, Oxblood overdrive, regular/harmonic tremolos, random filter, phaser, double-tracker, chorus, flanger and Leslie rotating speaker effects built-in. The Katana/1962 and/or Oxblood overdrive can be combined with one of the 8 selected modulation effects. There is also a loop insert TRS jack for patching your other effects between the overdrives and modulation effects; a jack for connecting an external tap-tempo switch; in addition, Keeley has added a rate LED that remains "On" even when the modulation effect is inactive - an excellent feature for adjusting the rate in time with the band's drummer. I'm currently using this pedal with a MXR DC Brick and don't have any strange white/background noises while operating. I will say though that when you do turn-up the gain on one of the overdrives and stack them with the other, there will be some background noise experienced, but that is pretty normal behavior even when stacking other makers of overdrive pedals together or just plainly turning the gain high. Another point to note is that if you have large wide feet, you may have some challenges activating the correct effect switch, but over time you'll learn how to tilt your feet in such a way to step on the correct switch. So in my mini effects pedal board rig....in front of the Keeley Mod Workstation, I have an Xotic mini Compressor, Morley Mini Volume/Wah and BYOC Overdrive 2 pedal. After the Keeley, I have a TC Electronics Mini Chorus and Delay pedal. In my opinion... the Keeley Mod Workstation is the ultimate pedal which provides a wealth of quality effects for that small effects pedal board build. I currently have 6 pedals mounted on my Pedaltrain Mini, and the Keeley Mod Workstation is the icing on the cake which provides me more overdrive and modulation options in a small pedal board format. This Keeley pedal is the quarterback of my mini pedal board rig. I will definitely be purchasing other Keeley Workstation pedals in the future for my other pedal boards.
