A killer collaboration between Cort, Manson Guitar Works and the Muse front-man/lead guitarist himself, Cort and Manson Guitar Works are proud to introduce the MBC-1 Matthew Bellamy Signature Electric Guitar. The MBC-1 features a distinctive solid basswood body with a smooth Matt black finish, a sleek hard maple neck with a compound-radius rosewood fingerboard, and a pair of special Mason-designed pickups that mirror the layout of Bellamy's own custom stage and studio instruments. The headstock is also finished in matte black and carries the Cort logo and Bellamy's signature.

The MBC-1 comes loaded up with a pair of specially-designed pickups that were developed by Mason Guitar Works specifically for this model. It features a versatile combination of a full-voiced humbucker in the bridge position and a true single-coil pickup in the neck. The simplistic, yet versatile control layout consists of a single volume control, a master tone control and a 3-way switch. The discrete onboard Kill button allows you to creatively expand the already wide range of sounds that the MBC-1 offers with a rapid fire staccato effect.

The Cort MBC-1 comes performance-equipped with high-quality chrome hardware including a fully adjustable bridge and stop tailpiece along with a set of staggered height locking tuners for unparalleled tuning stability.

Mason Guitar Works has designed and personally overseen the development of the MBC-1. Case not included.
