The Samson SW7AVSW4-N1, AirLine 77 UHF Wind Instrument System offers a true wireless experience with no beltpacks and no cables, allowing complete freedom of mobility

While our site does not specify wireless products by channel or frequency range, we do stock different ones. If you require a specific channel, please call us at 800-472-6274 and we will help you get the exact wireless product you are looking for.

The AirLine 77 UHF Wind Instrument System offers a true wireless experience with no beltpacks and no cables, allowing complete freedom of mobility. The system includes an AH1 transmitter mounted to a Samson HM40 condenser element, along with the CR77 receiver.

The AirLine Wind Instrument System features an AH1 transmitter mounted to a Samson HM40 condenser element used by many of today's top horn players. Both systems allow the performer to mount the element and transmitter to the bell of the instrument with no packs or wires to hinder their performance.

All of the AirLine transmitters operate on inexpensive and lightweight AAA batteries that offer 14 hours of operation on a single battery.

The core of the receiver system is the CR77 true-diversity half-rack UHF receiver. It works flawlessly with all AirLine UHF transmitters. Featuring a front panel display with large multi-segment audio level and RF level LED meters, and a large rotary volume knob that allows easy adjustment of audio output, the CR77 takes all of the guesswork out making your wireless system perform.

Its synthesized PLL frequency control circuitry keeps the signal locked and true while dual tuned molded antennas with LEDs monitor the true-diversity operation. The rear panel features balanced XLR and unbalanced 1/4-inch outputs allowing flexible connection options. In addition, two CR77 receivers can be rackmounted together in a single space rack adapter available as an added accessory.

With AirLine Wireless, you get complete wireless freedom that's good to go anywhere the music takes you.

Features:
  • True diversity UHF wireless wind instrument system with PLL frequency control
  • CR77 receiver features multi-segment audio level and RF level LED meters
  • Squelch and volume control
  • XLR and unbalanced 1/4-inch outputs with mic/line level output switch
  • AH1 headset transmitter features power/battery LED, power switch and mute switch
  • HM40 condenser horn microphone employs cardioid pickup pattern for outstanding sound

Comments about Samson AirLine 77 Wind Instrument System:

This is a really nice sound system for instruments! I have used it with my saxophone for a while now and I really like it. I has a nice, clear sound, which is something that I honestly wasn't expecting. It will work with pretty much any soundboard or interface and has good reception without any interference. Overall, it' a great mic!

Comments about Samson AirLine 77 Wind Instrument System:

This is a good product and could be a great product if it was made out of better materials. The microphone clip that attaches to your instrument breaks very, very, very easily!!!!! It is made out of a cheap plastic that cannot take the stress of use of a professional musician. I've replaced the clip on this thing four or five times already and the cost of a new clip is a whopping $14.00 each!!! That is a ripp-off if I've ever heard of one. Samson does not offer an alternative to the clip that comes with the unit, they just tell you to keep buying another one of their cheaply made clips at $14.00 each!!!!!! Shame on you SAMSON for poor customer service!!!!!

Comments about Samson AirLine 77 Wind Instrument System:

I own three of these for my horn section. Great mics, but the plastic clips are piece of backside; For something that cost this much, why not make it out of METAL...no plastic; I've had to go in and reinforce the clip myself with metal. I'd still recomend these mics.

Comments about Samson AirLine 77 Wind Instrument System:

This is my 2nd one and my 3rd Samson. First one did fairly well, the 2nd lasted a long time and I think the receiver wore out or became weak and the last one's clip became weak and kept swiveling around after a year and a half. I use them often at my steady performances. Not sure what to do now. I need another one now but not sure I want to buy another one although I have enjoyed using it very much.

Comments about Samson AirLine 77 Wind Instrument System:

A truly exceptional unit. Great response and easy to use...just plug it in and go! I use this unit in conjunction with a 2 channel tube preamp and a multi-effects unit with my saxophone/woodwinds. It gives a really clear sound and is not impeded in any way when ran through other tech.

....great system, good sound, inherent design fault in 2mm thickness of of the clip which can not support it`s own weight and the force of the strong spring, see SOTW forum. AMT version looks better!
