Comments about Line 6 Spider IV 120 Guitar Combo Amp:

I Have been using Line 6 since I first bought a Flextone 2x12 in 1996.
Since then I have had the Line 6 Spider 150w with 4x12 cab, and a Spider Valve 100w head, and they are awesome...
But my work horse has proved to be the Line 6 Spider III 120x 2x10 for lightweight portability, and absolutely awesome sound, and it is so loud on 4, I don't need anything any bigger, period. I liked it so much, I bought a second one for back up, and for setting up two club venues with gear. I've got my Stevie Ray Vaughan sounds dialed in, Aerosmith crunch, Classic Twin Reverb Clean, and Van Halen Metal sounds all preset.
I have done hundreds of gigs on these 2 amps, and they have been subject to a lot of loading and unloading abuse. No problems. I am now buying another Line 6 Spider IV 120, and I have the older two for back ups and more stage set ups at Jam Sessions.
Best Sounding Amp I've had over 30 years of playing live.
The FBV foot switch is all I need to change sounds and that gets all the junk effects pedals, signal loss, ac adapters, and crackle/pop problems off the floor.
Simple, Best sound, and better than breaking your back carrying Marshall stacks around and a bunch of problematic, noisy, junk effects pedals.
And the Spider 120 amps are STEREO SOUND! Much better sound than all the rest.
I have listened to other bands in clubs and you can be the best guitarist in the world, but if your sound sucks, YOU SUCK!
I never have a problem sounding my best on the Spider 120's. Other guitar players wonder how my guitar playing always sounds so consistently good, but that is my secret, I don't tell them their sound and guitar rig sucks. Its the SOUND!
Getting my new Spider IV 120 tomorrow. Now I'll have three!
Spider IV 120 is the "Big Bang" Stereo Sound for the buck!
