During the shred boom of the mid- 1980s, Kramer was the #1 selling electric guitar brand in the world, and its fast, powerful designs set the pace for countless other makers to follow. Endorsements from no less than Vivian Campbell, Edward Van Halen, Jeff Golub, Brad Gillis, Neil Schon, and Richie Sambora proved that the company was hitting the mark for top-flight professionals. And at the center of it all, the Kramer Pacer was the cornerstone model. Comments about Kramer Pacer Classic Electric Guitar:

I purchased the Kramer Pacer Classic fluorescent Green guitar and I have had it for a month now.Let me start off by saying the Guitar it's self is a great playing axe! Neck feels amazing and body weight is perfect! In fact it is probably my best playing Guitar I have next to my Dean 79 ML and Gibson Les Paul Custom. But in order for this guitar to reach it's potential it needed a lot of work. The Lock down nut had a metal burr in it and I went through 2 string changed before I realized it,I had to file it down. The frets have an awful buzz on the A string around the 5th and 7th fret. The licensed Floyd Rose I noticed once I got it that the Bar would not stay tightened. So I opened the back and it didn't even have the arm coupling that the bar screws into! I gave this Guitar a 4 Star rating based on the Guitar body and neck it's self.It is a great playing Guitar and I love it! But it has needed no stop work to make it great other wise. I hope no one else has to go through what I have with it.
