Comments about Jupiter 528L Bb Valve Trombone:

I bought this trombone about 2 years ago and could not be more satisfied. Prior to this, I was learning on a Blessing that I rented at my high school my junior and senior years. The Blessing was an amazing start, since it was lightweight, easy blowing, and had smooth, fast valves. The only con was that it was a student instrument, therefore, it required tuning quite often. This Jupiter, however, is not a student-level instrument. It's directed more towards the advancing/pro player. Again, it's easy blowing, the valves have fast action, and it's VERY durable (mine has had more than 100 bangs from gigs and rehersals, yet it has never been bent or broken). The only issue some people might have is that it's not too lightweight. It's actually a tiny bit heavy (I'm very short (5'1) and super skinny, so this is why it might be an issue to short players) but personally, I don't see a problem with this (others might). Great buy, quality craftsmanship, from a company that's well known in the industry. It doesn't get any better than this! ;)
