Comments about Ibanez SR375M 5 String Bass:

This bass is amazing. I got this as my first 5 string bass to upgrade from a 4 string and it rocks. The neck is smooth and thin which allows for fast playing. The strings are close together and allow for jumping from string to string to be easy and fluid. There is no fret buzz on this bass what so ever. The EQ knobs allow for a wide range of customization to find that perfect tone. I mostly play metal with this bass, but it also sounds good playing rock, gospel and any other music genre you throw at it. It sounds good playing with your fingers, slapping, or with a pick. The SR375M does not disappoint and will satisfy the needs and budget of any musician. If you are thinking about a 5 string bass, you should consider this one first.
