Comments about Ibanez AG95 Hollow Body Electric Guitar:

The Ibanez AG95 is a guitar that I won't ever give up. It's beautiful in every form. The shape, sound, feel, action and color is striking.

I bought this guitar a year ago at the nearest Samash, going there to originally buy an Epiphone Wildkat and then I saw this guitar on the rack.

I saw it, I asked to play it, plugged it into a marshall and played a bit of jazz and modest mouse.

      I had to buy it.

I brought it into my school a week later to show my teacher and you wouldn't believe how many people couldn't stop looking at the guitar and asked to hold or play it.

After they did play, 100% of them tried to steal it.

Once my guitar teacher plugged it in and played, he couldn't stop. He had spend the whole class teaching on it and I didn't mind what-so-ever.

Once I got it back he told me that this guitar was amazing, saying word for word that "It sounds and looks better than my electric gibson that costs $1000."

You wouldn't believe my face when I heard that come from his mouth.

I give this a 5/5 star because it hasn't shown me much fault a year later. The worst I can see or hear is a buzz on one string, but that was because I didn't properly string it.

This thing can also take a beating, the same year I got it a friend had placed it in a stand incorrectly and it had fell head first. There was silence in the whole theatre and after a moment passed I quickly ran to it, inspected it.

No scars, nothing broken, sounds the exact same. This guitar is a champ, no doubt.

Parents, buy this for your kid. It's not that expensive for what it is.

Guitarists,(especially those who like jazz, indie, and soft rock) give it a try and I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Comments about Ibanez AG95 Hollow Body Electric Guitar:

I use this guitar at time that audiences requested, because i tent to have some feedback from acoustic electric guitar, but since i bought it i play 2 show, everything went good as expected. Only thing that i might do is swapping out these strings to put on the "ultra light" strings, otherwise my fingers would not doing well after an hour of playing solos. Special thanks to [...] to help me get exactly what i want.

Comments about Ibanez AG95 Hollow Body Electric Guitar:

I play it solo or with small combos. I love the body size. It's not bulky. The wood is beautiful. The bound neck makes it very comfortable to play. I has some rattles when played acoustically but that goes away when you plug it in. I would like to see this model with a floating pickup system and an ebony bridge like the George Benson GB10.

Comments about Ibanez AG95 Hollow Body Electric Guitar:

I did some research before I bought this guitar, and all the reviews were very positive. They were not lying! I've had mine a little over a month and love it. First, it's a beautiful guitar. The craftsmanship and quality are unreal for the price. I haven't found any flaws in mine so far. I looked at some Epiphone Dot hollow body guitars in the same price range and they looked cheap in comparison. It also is easy to play, has a great neck, and stays in tune. It has enough volume to hear yourself easily when practicing, although it's not as loud as an acoustic. I have an old Gibson Les Paul style guitar too, but I find myself playing the AG95 more often because it's so enjoyable to play. The only minor (very minor)gripe would be the pick ups. Seems to me like they have sort of a "tinny" sound. I really like the unplugged tone of the guitar, but the pick ups fail to capture it. My Gibson has a much fuller sound. But maybe I just haven't learned how to adjust them yet! Bottom line- I don't see how you can beat this guitar for the price. Buy it and you won't regret it!

Comments about Ibanez AG95 Hollow Body Electric Guitar:

I was at the Cincinnati store today and picked this up. I have been looking for a hollow body and was leaning toward the Gretsch because of other reviews. But after playing this one and the way it felt, I am going to own it soon. It is absolutely beautiful! The inlays are gorgeous. The feel is nice. The sound is awesome. The price is deciding.
It is so nice looking I hate to take a slide to it but hey, I want it to play George Thorogood. Try it! I think you'll like it. I wish they had a white or natural or sunburst though.

Comments about Ibanez AG95 Hollow Body Electric Guitar:

Ibanez has always delivered a professional quality product at a price that working musicans can afford. They have done it again. I gig on the solo jazz guitar front, and I have been getting great reviews on my tone at my shows. It is probably the most beautiful guitar of the many that I have owned. The day I received my box, I slapped some .12 guage flatwounds on her, made the necessary adjustments, and gigged the next night. I am very pleased with my purchase. If I were to go get an ES 175, it wouold have cost me 7 times as much money. Dollar for dollar, it doesn't get any better. It blows all other brands low cost hollowbodies out of the water.

Comments about Ibanez AG95 Hollow Body Electric Guitar:

When I first saw this guitar, I wanted to buy it right away and I wasn't disappointed at all. It feels great, plays well, I just love it. The finish is so amazing looking, but all in all I love the way it feels going up and down the fret playing chords, octaves and all. There is a slight fret buzz but nothing to be alarmed about it comes with directions to adjust. I would definitely recommend this guitar to anyone just learning, advanced and professional. I'm having the greatest experience with it. I own Fender strat, another Ibanez bass and hollow body guitar but this is my fav. I plan on buying another just to have it....that's how much I love this guitar.
