The AEB full-sized body provides rich tones while the 32” neck scale offers the right combination of tonal warmth, easy playability and clear articulation.

The AEB acoustic bass series delivers real, punchy low end, amplified or not. As an unplugged acoustic bass, these mahogany body/spruce top beauties have the quality woods and construction to create a warm-sounding bottom that can be felt as well as heard.

An affordable entry level acoustic-electric bass with a nice low end punch, the AEB5E features a spruce top with X bracing, maple back & sides, and a maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard. For plug-in-and-play flexibility, the AEB5E comes equipped with onboard Ibanez electronics that features a built-in tuner. Other features include a rosewood bridge, ivory binding and chrome die-cast tuners. Case not included.

Comments about Ibanez AEB5E Acoustic-Electric Bass Guitar:

There in nothing good about this bass. I am returning it. I wanted a cheap accustic just to practice with, but when tuned to E the fret rattle is so bad it is unplayable.
