Tone, playability, reliability and quality are what you look for in a good instrument. Why not demand these features from your strings? Ernie Ball strings are made from the finest materials so you get quality and consistency in every set. The specially tempered high carbon steel core wire's hexagonal shape ensures the wrap wire is securely held in place through the length of the string. Precision crafted Swiss brass ball ends are attached with a triple lock twist.

Ernie Ball is the pioneer of Rock and Roll guitar strings. Since setting the industry standard for electric guitar strings, the list of Slinky users has grown to include the likes of Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, Steve Vai and Slash. If you like tone, you'll like Slinkys!

Comments about Ernie Ball 2215 Skinny Top / Heavy Bottom Electric Guitar Strings (10-52):

I use to use Ernie Ball regular slinkys but i felt like i needed something heavier so I tried these and they are amazing! They are the perfect mix of thick and thin. You can easily get them into low tunings such a D, and C standard with out them feeling like rubber bands. I would also recomend Ernie Blall Earthwood Rock n Blues acoustic strings because they have the same sizes as the STHBs.

Comments about Ernie Ball 2215 Skinny Top / Heavy Bottom Electric Guitar Strings (10-52):

I've tried just about every string out there, but these are by far the best I've ever used.
I use them on my Jackson with a Floyd Rose Tremolo, and I could go crazy with it and these strings stay in tune.
I've had them on my guitar for about a year and they still feel as smooth as the day I took them out of the package.

These strings are the only top strings my band uses they feel great and are long lasting while we dont use the bottom we still use Ernie Ball super slinky which are heavier. All in all there great strings so go get them.

Comments about Ernie Ball 2215 Skinny Top / Heavy Bottom Electric Guitar Strings (10-52):

I walked into my local music store one day and told the man, look i need some strings that can withstand drop tunings without turning into spaghetti, but still not feeling like i'm trying to bend a metal pole on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd strings. he recommended these and i haven't looked back. the strings have amazing bottom end. when i play solos, i can bend the strings far beyond a step up and the tuning never slips. the strings have a fairly long life, on my floyd rose they will last a month to two months and on my les paul its a few months before i need to rechange them. these are my favorite strings in the world and i will never play anything other than ernie ball strings.
