The Godin 5th Avenue CW Kingpin II gives you the same great features as the standard 5th Avenue Kingpin, but offers the additional flexibility of cutaway body design and an extra P90 pickup in the bridge position.

Taking you back to when the archtop acoustic guitar reigned supreme, the Godin 5th Avenue CW Kingpin II combines the traditional styling and classic tone of those coveted 1950s archtop acoustic guitars with today's level of modern playability -- all at a price that won't break the bank.

The body of the Godin 5th Avenue CW Kingpin II features a molded arched top and back crafted from Canadian Wild Cherry, offering dynamically rich tone with more projection and volume in the lower midrange than traditional archtop acoustics. The top sports a pair of classic f-holes and a floating pickguard while the entire body flaunts cream binding and a custom polished finish that creates a beautiful satin sheen reminiscent of the French polish of the 1800s. The smooth single cutaway design provides exceptional upper fret access. The 24.84" scale neck is carved from Silver Leaf maple and capped with a 16" radius rosewood fingerboard. Whether you're unplugged or playing through your favorite amp, the 5th Avenue CW Kingpin II sounds great both acoustically and electrically. A pair of Godin Kingpin P90 single-coil pickups in the neck and bridge positions give the 5th Avenue CW Kingpin II a voice with a little bit of attitude, and of course, all of that classic, vintage tone with superb presence and clarity. The no-nonsense controls consist of a 3-way toggle switch, a single volume control, and single tone control. The contoured high-gloss black headstock comes loaded with a set of chrome tuners. At the other end of the guitar, the 5th Avenue CW Kingpin II carries an adjustable GraphTech Tusq bridge and a chrome tailpiece. Whether you're playing Country, Blues, Slide, Jazz or Rock, The Godin 5th Avenue CW Kingpin II  is sure to satisfy. Available in Cognac Burst, Black, Natural, and Burgundy. Case not included.
