We came out with a USA Rusty Cooley last year and it was an instant smash (get it? that’s Sam Ash said fast…) The price for the USA MODEL prohibited some from purchasing such a fine instrument that DEAN and Rusty worked out an import with all the fine details the Shredder himself demanded from his axe. The 7 string licensed Floyd and the EMG 707 Pickups, ebony fingerboard on a fast thin neck will have you mentally adding thousands to this price....  Case Not Included

Comments about Dean RC7X Rusty Cooley 7 String Electric Guitar:

i am a student of rusty cooley. and let me tell you, out of all the guitars iv played in my entire life regardless of price. the only thing that i can think of better than this is the rc7g signature usa. who cares if its a dean its amazing and the price is a steal. only thing is i like the low profile floyd a little better. and i like the insanely huge dunlop 600 frets on the rc7g. but the frets are still big and this guitar is INSANE

Comments about Dean RC7X Rusty Cooley 7 String Electric Guitar:

this thing is a beast, best seven string Ive ever played, if you want a 7, and don't want to take a whole lot of time getting used to a big, thick, wide neck, then buy this guitar, I play all kinds of metal, thrash, death, classical, you name it, I play some random **** as well, and I gotta say, this thing could be used for just about any type of music you need it to, buy it now!

Comments about Dean RC7X Rusty Cooley 7 String Electric Guitar:

This is The best guitar I own, I play in a Metal/Hardcore band and I put my guitars to the test. I make sure that they can hold up during shows and still preform amazingly and this guitar surpasses all of my guitars. I have a Schecter C-7 Hellraiser and The RC7X blows it way out of the water. I have had problems with past Floyd Rose systems, I have not had a problem with this one it stays in tune even after doing Crazy dive bombs and doing insane lows. The Neck is amazingly thin especially for a 7-string, you can fly up and down the neck like Rusty Cooley himself. The cutaway is what really sold me, I have no problem maneuvering around the higher frets. I do wish this guitar was a neck through, it would help the neck flow to the body a lot better instead of having a bump, the way they sculpted the of the body an the neck is nice but a neck through would still be better in feel and would help in sustain. I'm not a big fan of the alder body, it's just not me. I like a mahogany body guitar, but they have a newer model of this guitar with a mahogany body so I'll have to try it out. I would recommend this guitar to anyone wanting to really rip!
