Comments about Bugera V5 1x8" Tube Guitar Combo Amp:

This amp has a rattling noise that comes from the tube protectors. As the amp is pushed to higher volumes and gain the louder the rattle gets. This amp has great features in the reverb, attenuator and headphone jack. Sound would be good w/o the rattle.

Comments about Bugera V5 1x8" Tube Guitar Combo Amp:

I saw the reviews and thought they looked good. I'd like to add mine to the list. I like this little practice amp so well, that I'm leaning towards buying the 1X12 or even head. It makes me want to jam more! I also use a BOSS MT-2 and MXR micro Chorus with it. They both boost the amp considerably and it is able to handle it. Without the pedals is it is a very warm amp...rich. Can't be more pleased with it. The attenuator feature is great too...keeping the sound wrapped out, but turning down the juice flowing through it over all (very scientific, I know!) Anyway, if you are looking for a good practice amp, this is.

Comments about Bugera V5 1x8" Tube Guitar Combo Amp:

I plugged in & turned the gain up to 5, with the attenuation set on 5...played a little Floyd...packed up my solid state modeling amp & gave it to a friends' kid. I won't be needing that anymore. This little amp has a beautiful, crunchy sound, with nice natural distortion, but can be sweet when a clean tone is called for.Sam Ash beat the lowest on-line price & I didn't have to pay[...] tax...NICE! The reverb is a nice touch, too.
