The Taylor 210e Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar delivers professional quality and classic dreadnought style at an extremely affordable price.

The Taylor 210e has the classic look of a rosewood/spruce Dreadnought and is optimized for performance with cutaway access and Taylor electronics. Quality, style and an attractive price are compelling features you’ll find in the Taylor 210ce before you even pick one up. Of course, one strum backs everything up with great tone. The appealing tones and subtle nuances of a solid Sitka spruce top and layered Indian rosewood back and sides are amplified with clarity and warmth, thanks to Taylor’s ES-T under-saddle pickup. Plug in and take your performance to the stage with confidence. The Taylor 200 Series redefines what a mid-priced guitar can be.

The Taylor 210e boasts a bookmatched Sitka Spruce soundboard with Taylor’s “X” bracing. As a Sitka Spruce grows in a coastal "pocket" from Northern California to Alaska. This dense, straight-grained wood has the highest strength and elasticity-to-weight ratio among available tonewoods, an attribute that makes it an ideal material not only for soundboards, but for internal bracing, as well. The back and sides are crafted from layered Indian rosewood which presents a beautiful aesthetic in a durable, affordable package.

The slim taper neck is carved from Sapele, which is denser and harder than mahogany. You will love the ease and playability of the fast, thin profile of this neck and 20 fret ebony fingerboard.

When it’s time to plug in and hit the stage, the Taylor 210e features the Expression System Transducer, or ES-T, is a single-source, under-saddle transducer with individual elements for each string. The ES-T has an onboard preamp and features a custom-voiced EQ with a simplified volume, bass, and treble control layout. The system is powered by a 9-volt battery, with a battery life LED power indicator. The pickup also has a Phase switch for feedback control, which is located on the preamp board inside the soundhole. The Taylor 210e is equally at home on stage, in studio, or the front porch. A Deluxe Taylor Gig Bag is included.

Comments about Taylor 210e Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

I'm not a fan of Taylor's acoustic sound; but this guitar sounds amazing..I've tried all of their lines and 210e sounded the best acoustically. There was a big difference in tone from the cutaway version, which didn't sound that good. 210E will be the only guitar I buy from Taylor, because it is simply the best sounding.

I love it so much that I might get one more just to have two. it is simply amazing.

Plugged in, it sounds amazing also. But All Taylor sound very good when they are plugged in.

I would recommend this guitar to anyone who wants a Taylor guitar.

Comments about Taylor 210e Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

Look no further this is it.

If sound and play-ability are important this is the
best sub $1000 guitar out there.

Acoustic performance is amazing, plugged in is even more amazing. This guitar has a "sparkle" that you just can't find in the $600 price range.

Have owned a 1993 Taylor Baby, now owned by one of my sons.

His comment is Dad, you just bought the baby's big brother!!.

This guitar has a presence and richness of sound that you have to experience. It blows my ibanez AE tallman right out of the water.

I have played many cheaper guitars and seen a lot of hype but you can't go wrong here.

Also, I choose this model without the cutaway, it had a much fuller voice and was $150 cheaper.
