The Taylor 110ce is a full-sized, solid spruce top cutaway Dreadnought that truly delivers the Taylor experience.

When guitarists hear the phrase “entry level”, it more often than not gives one cause to run away…far away from any acoustic guitar boasting such a description. However, throw the name “Taylor Guitars” in front of it and it becomes an entirely different story.

The first thing you’ll notice about the Taylor 110ce is it’s handsome good looks and rich, appealing appointments. It’s a full size 6-string dreadnought cutaway design featuring a solid Sitka spruce top and layered sapele back and sides. Sitka is a dense, straight-grained wood that features the highest strength and elasticity ratio. It provides top quality for soundboards and a brighter tone. It also sports an ebony fretboard and bridge and a Tusq nut and saddle. The fretboard inlay is adorned with pearloid pots, further enhancing this great acoustic guitar’s arresting good looks. A durable varnish finish that really brings out the guitar’s beautiful natural finish protects the Taylor 110ce, thus giving it a great look and smooth feel.

Strum the Taylor 110ce and it fills the room with a warm, sweet tone…not too high-endy and not too bassy…just quality, even, full-range tone that is decidedly the sound of a Taylor. It has a quality build and feel as it’s made to last a lifetime.

The 110ce's rich and versatile voice can now be amplified with the Taylor ES-T Under-Saddle Transducer pickup. The ES-T is a single-source, under-saddle transducer with individual elements for each string. It features an onboard preamp and the same active controls found on the full ES. Featuring a custom-voiced EQ and dynamic response, the system is powered by a 9-volt battery, with a battery life LED power indicator (which is lit when the battery is being used). The pickup also has a Phase switch for feedback control, which is located on the preamp board inside the soundhole.

*Disclaimer: Beware of the Taylor 110ce Acoustic Guitar; for once you pick it up, you wont want to put it down.

Comments about Taylor 110CE Cutaway Acoustic Electric Guitar with Gig Bag:

Been using my Washburn and Gibson. Stopped by Sam Ash and trid a few guitars. Picked up the Taylor 110ce and was surprised by the sound and ease of playing. Very nice gig bag also. Ended up also buying a Crate acoustic amp. I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the Taylor and the Crate. Sam Ash really took care of me and made sure I got what I wanted. The only con to it, the wife doesn't let me play long enough.

I went to the Edison NJ store ready to buy a Martin and I left with A Taylor. This guitar has a better sound than any other guitar I tried even the Martin, and I love Martin guitars, or I did till now. Don't think just buy it you will be happy.
