Comments about Fishman PRO-LBX-600 Loudbox Artist Acoustic Guitar Combo Amplifier:

The Fishman loudbox is an incredible sounding acoustic amp with a multitude of features that make it great. The feedback protection is a huge plus, as are the built in effects and versatility. It's lightweight and easy to carry from gig to gig and also very simple to dial in the right tone for whatever instrument you may be plugging into it. The sound is crystal clear, dynamic and this thing can get pretty loud if need be. This is definitely one of the best quality acoustic amps around.

Comments about Fishman PRO-LBX-600 Loudbox Artist Acoustic Guitar Combo Amplifier:

I want to start off by saying that I'm reviewing this as an employee of Sam Ash Music in Columbus, OH. When looking for a good acoustic guitar amplifier, I have one goal - to find an amp that colors the sound of my guitar as little as possible. The Fishman wins. The price is also nice, but the entire Loudbox line is very impressive no matter which model you get. It is loud, it is warm and it makes my guitar sound louder, but the same. I highly recommend this amp!

Comments about Fishman PRO-LBX-600 Loudbox Artist Acoustic Guitar Combo Amplifier:

The Loudbox Artist is a compact and powerful acoustic amplifier. It has a very transparent tone to not detract from your guitars natural sound. The two independent channels make this amp versatile for different situations. Each channel has independent controls to ensure the best tone quality. This amp projects well, but if more volume is needed, a direct out is provided. The amps portability, sound quality, and versatile options make this a great choice for a wide variety of applications.

Comments about Fishman PRO-LBX-600 Loudbox Artist Acoustic Guitar Combo Amplifier:

A fine amp for a bistro or restaurant gig with 75-100 people. It sounds super with the large jazz box (L5 type) guitar I play, plus I run a small CD player through the other channel that supplies background music for my instrumentals. The 29 lbs. is a real plus for a 70 year old like me. I just wish I'd known about this amp around twenty years ago. It may not have been around then. I would suggest getting the amp cover since the only negative comments seem to be about the finish on the amp being fragile. Well worth the money.

Comments about Fishman PRO-LBX-600 Loudbox Artist Acoustic Guitar Combo Amplifier:

I purchased this amp from Sam Ash in Atlanta in July 2012. In over two years of gigging with it 2 to 3 nights a week I have NEVER HAD ONE SINGLE PROBLEM WITH IT. How often can you say that about heavily used electronic devices these days. Anyone that has ever heard one of these amps will agree that the sound is second to none, but I'm mostly astounded by it's durability. The Only issue I have ever had with it is that the tolex cover will tear very easily

Comments about Fishman PRO-LBX-600 Loudbox Artist Acoustic Guitar Combo Amplifier:

I remember being very happy when I got my brand new MkII-C Mesa Boogie back in 1982. It was the best amp I had ever heard for an electric guitar. Still is. Still have it. This Fishman Loudbox Artist has impressed me every bit as much. My acoustic guitars sound warm, accurate and loud enough for a party or small club. The chorus and reverbs are very nice and useful. The vocals are also clear and warm and sound particularly good with a Digitech vocal harmonizer. I'll bet I still own both of these amps 30 years from now. Way to go Fishman!

THIS ARTIST IS TRULY AN ARTIST OF AN AMPLIFIER, IN ITS OWN RIGHT. I FIRST PURCHASED THE ROLAND AC60, TOOK IT BACK, AND PURCHASED THE FISHMAN ARTIST WITH NO HESITATION! THE CLASSICAL GUITAR THAT I PURCHASED HAS THE FISHMAN ELECTRONICS, WHICH IS A PERFECT MATCH FOR THE ARTIST!
